Novotel Suites Hanoi

Rooms are quite big sized and cleanliness of the whole propertyis good. Rooftop restaurant's outdo.or terrace is good for evening drink and dinner.

Good hospitality. Prompt assistance provided by the hotel for the inconvenience faced due to room description. Helped out graciously with a good packed breakfast for an early flight.

It is a new location. Peaceful surrounding but still in the middle of a number of restaurants and cafes if you need one. Hotel food is great too. I am vegetarian and the staff took special care of my needs at breakfast.

Nice location. Clean rooms. Nice and Supporting staff.

Food is good and staff behaviour is excellent. The are attenive and try for their level best.
